Why we built Webtoolszon
We got tired of "free" online tools that ask for an account, bury the actual feature behind a paywall, or quietly upload your files to a server you know nothing about. So we built Webtoolszon: a set of simple, single-purpose tools that just work, right in your browser.
Every tool on this site runs client-side using plain JavaScript. When you resize an image, format some JSON, or generate a password, the processing happens on your own device. There's no back end reading your data, because for most of our tools, there doesn't need to be one.
What we believe
- Useful tools shouldn't require an account or a credit card.
- Your files and text are yours — they shouldn't have to leave your device to get the job done.
